About Our Founder
Ken Henry is an accomplished leader, advocate, and strategist with over a decade of experience in corporate and non-profit sectors. He is the CEO of Kentagious Kollective, and Co-Founder and Vice Chair of The Coming Home Foundation, an organization dedicated to financial empowerment and long-term housing solutions for survivors of human trafficking lived experienced persons seeking to live a sustainable life, and a founding member of the Society For Low Carbon Technologies who seeks to further collaboration between nations, catalyze innovation, and promote education to accelerate the adoption of low carbon technologies that protect our environment and the communities we serve.
Ken is widely recognized as a passionate communicator and change‑maker. As the host of the King Konnector Show, a highly regarded online podcast, Ken highlights inspiring stories of individuals living with purpose to uplift and encourage others. His expertise in public speaking, event production, and social media management has made him a trusted voice in building awareness and fostering impactful conversations.
Ken’s career is distinguished by his commitment to education and advocacy. He executes leadership within organizations and corporations, including upscale and vigorous hospitality companies. Mr. Henry’s newest addition to his business ventures is a fashion and apparel manufacturing company. He is also a graduate of Brooks College of Arts and Design in Long Beach, CA with a degree in Fashion Merchandising.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Broadcast Journalism from McNeese State University, where he served as President of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and Secretary of the Mass Communications Society. He is a graduate of the National Human Trafficking Leadership Academy, a board member for Restoration Diversion Services in Compton, CA, a member of the Texas Victim Services Association, and a CORO Fellow.
Through his roles as a Corporate Content Strategist and Leadership Consultant, Ken brings a dynamic approach to team‑building, brand strategy, and advocacy for human rights. His work with survivors of traumatic brain injuries as a Brain Life Coach further underscores his dedication to empowering individuals on their journey to healing and success.
